Mrs Jones is 72 and was discharged from hospital a week ago. Her family are concerned that she is not eating or drinking enough, has lost her appetite and is losing weight. Mrs Jones is 5’ 3 inches and weighs 7 stones. She weighed around 8 stones when she had her stroke 3 weeks ago. Mrs Jones can prepare her own food and can feed herself. She has low mood.
