• Identify the factors that may affect a patients ability to self-feed
• Identify factors that can make self-feeding easier for patients
• Identify aids that may assist a patient when preparing and eating food
• Describe the impact that inadequate nutrition can have on functional and psychological health
• Identify screening tools for malnutrition, the risk of malnutrition, and obesity
