Assessment
Motor control is required for all movement and as such covers many aspects that require assessment
- Assessment tends to be at the impairment and activity level of the ICF (the WHO International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health)
Impairment (Upper or lower limb) i.e. strength, degree of movement
- Oxford Scale, MRC Scale, Motricity Index, Timed Walk Test
Activity (Upper or lower limb) i.e. picking up a cup, walking
- Arm Research Activity Test, Nine-hole Peg Test, Rivermead Mobility Index
