Memory can be assessed in a number of way including:

Through a functional activity (see Core section)

or

through a formal assessment such as:

• Rivermead behavioural memory test (RBMT)
• Wechsler memory scale (WMS)
• Recognition memory test (RMT)
• Subjective memory questionnaire (SMQ)
