3. Using the resources detailed in 1. and 2. above, consider how you would address the following:

• Patient after TIA asks “Can I still drive?”
• Patient with limited use of their legs but no cognitive impairment says “That’s the end of my driving days”.
• You discover that a patient is continuing to drive against medical advice.
• A patient’s prescribed medication is making them feel drowsy.
• A patient has been advised that they are required to have a driving assessment and they are worried that this will mean that they will lose their licence.
• Your patient drives a Heavy Goods Vehicle for a living and is worried that they will lose their job.
